In this role, you’ll be a key part of the client journey—ensuring cases move smoothly, supporting advisors behind the scenes, and helping clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Manage life insurance, long-term care, and annuity applications from submission through policy issue 
• Coordinate underwriting and proactively follow up with carriers to keep cases on track 
• Track application status and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays 
• Support advisors by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing client materials 
• Create polished presentations and reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Serve as a professional point of contact for clients via phone and email 
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with industry regulations

What You Bring

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or financial services administration 
• Strong communication skills—you’re professional, clear, and client-focused 
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities 
• A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Life & Health Insurance license (a bonus)
