Prior to founding H2R in 2016, Kelley established the HR consulting division of MCM CPAs & Advisors. She joined MCM from Signature HealthCare, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Rehab segment. She was also an HR Partner with Mercer, a global HR consulting firm. Kelley is an HR expert on a broad range of topics for many speaking engagements across the United States for Chambers, Associations and clients.

He focuses his expertise on fundraising development, non-profit management, and strategic planning. He brings 35 years of experience in development and non-profit leadership with Bellarmine University, University of Louisville, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in increasing levels of responsibility.
Prior to joining H2R in 2022, Glenn served at Bellarmine University as the Vice president for Development and Alumni Relations. He worked with alumni, donors, and volunteers to engage them in the life of the university while securing involvement and financial support that advanced the mission of the school. He also oversaw the university's special events office and government affairs. As a member of the D1 transition team, Glenn worked to secure Bellarmine’s new spot and raise the necessary funds to obtain Bellarmine’s position in the highest echelon of collegiate athletics.
While at Bellarmine, his team received the national CASE Circle of Excellence Overall Performance Award twice for success in development and alumni relations, in addition to six regional CASE III performance awards. In his last year at Bellarmine, the team raised a Bellarmine record of over $15 million in total philanthropy.
