Kelley is President and Founder of H2R Consulting LLC, a human resources and talent advisory firm she has led for more than a decade. Kelley brings deep expertise in designing and leading comprehensive HR programs, building strategic partnerships, and serving as a trusted business advisor to organizations across a wide range of industries, including health care, nonprofit, service, hospitality, higher education, manufacturing, technology, construction, banking, and professional services.
Kelley’s leadership philosophy is grounded in partnership, integrity, and practical impact. Her goal has always been to serve as a trusted advisor—one who listens first, understands the unique needs of each organization, and delivers thoughtful, actionable guidance that supports both people and business outcomes.
Under Kelley’s leadership, H2R Consulting has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of clients. In 2022, she expanded the firm’s offerings to include consulting services in organizational development and philanthropy, further strengthening H2R’s ability to support mission-driven and growth-focused organizations.
Prior to founding H2R Consulting, Kelley launched and led the HR consulting division of MCM CPAs & Advisors (now Cherry Bekaert) beginning in 2013. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Rehabilitation segment at Signature HealthCare and was an HR Partner with Mercer, a global human resources consulting firm, where she advised a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

Glenn is Vice President of H2R Consulting LLC where he advises nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations in the areas of fundraising and philanthropy, strategic planning, board development, executive search, leadership transition, and organizational effectiveness. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience in advancement and nonprofit leadership, Glenn partners with clients to strengthen organizational capacity, build sustainable fundraising programs, and position organizations for long-term success.
Prior to joining H2R Consulting, Glenn served in executive leadership roles at Bellarmine University, the University of Louisville, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at Bellarmine University, he led fundraising, alumni engagement, special events, and government affairs initiatives. He played a key role in Bellarmine's NCAA Division I transition, helping secure the philanthropic support necessary to advance the university's strategic vision. Under his leadership, Bellarmine's advancement team earned two national CASE Circle of Excellence Overall Performance Awards and six regional CASE III awards. In his final year at Bellarmine, the university achieved a record-breaking fundraising total of more than $15 million.
Today, Glenn leverages this extensive experience to help H2R clients navigate complex challenges, strengthen governance and leadership, enhance fundraising performance, and achieve their strategic goals.
